Last Man Standing
Get ready for the ultimate race of strategy, speed, and endurance at Metro MoveFest — it’s the Last Man Standing, presented by Nesfield Performance! In this knockout-style footrace, runners compete on a 400m track where the slowest finishers are eliminated after each lap. But here’s the twist — it’s not about time, it’s about placement. Each lap, a set number of runners are cut based on where they finish. The race continues until only a final group remains… and then it’s an all-out sprint to the end! The first to cross the finish line wins, with 2nd and 3rd place also taking home prizes. Competitive runners must register in advance. Fun Run participants can just show up and join in! Whether you’re racing hard or cheering from the sidelines, this high-energy event is one you won’t want to miss. BCC Track | 10:45 AM Warm-Up
