This isn't just a yoga class or an art lesson—it’s a semi-guided exploration of how we feel, move, and express ourselves together.Through a blend of Stretch, Sound, and Scent, we invite you and your child to explore your inner worlds and translate them onto canvas.<h3>The Experience</h3><ul><li>The Grounding: 35 Minutes of Mobility &amp; Flow We begin on the mat with a session focused on functional mobility and deep stretching. Designed for both the adult body (to release tension) and the child’s body (to build coordination), we will move through a series of "Connection Poses" that require teamwork, balance, and trust.</li><li>The Expression: 35 Minutes of Sensory Painting Transitioning from movement to the canvas, this is a semi-guided abstract experience.
