Overview

Join us for an in-person workshop to heal and empower your inner daughter through guided healing and connection.

Healing the Daughter Wound When Your Mother Was Struggling

is a deeply restorative workshop created for women who learned to be strong too soon.

When a mother was battling her own pain—whether emotionally overwhelmed, financially strained, mentally unwell, disconnected, or carrying unspoken trauma—a daughter often steps into roles she was never meant to carry. She becomes the helper, the peacemaker, the overachiever, the invisible one, or the strong one. This workshop gently uncovers how those early survival roles may still be shaping her relationships, boundaries, self-worth, and ability to rest.

The workshop focuses on:

In this nurturing and confidential space, women will

  • Identify coping mechanisms formed in childhood
  • Release inherited shame and responsibility that was never theirs
  • Grieve the mothering they needed but did not receive
  • Learn tools to re-mother themselves with tenderness and strength

Women leave with practical emotional tools, deeper self-compassion, and a renewed commitment to breaking generational cycles so that what hurt them does not define them.

Through guided journaling, gentle embodiment exercises, small group sharing, affirmations, and healing rituals, women begin separating their mother’s story from their own. The goal is not blame—but freedom. Not dishonor—but healing.

✨ We’re excited to treat you! ✨

Lunch will be provided for all attendees, and you won’t want to miss our special gift bags and fun door prizes. Come ready to be inspired, connect, and enjoy a little something extra just for you! 🎁🍽️
