This evening yoga class is designed to help you slow down, release tension that no longer serves you, and restore balance—physically, mentally, and emotionally—at the end of your day. While calming and grounding, Find Your Balance is slightly more active than a traditional restorative yoga class. The practice includes gentle strength, intentional poses, mindful transitions, and moments of pause to support both release and engagement. The pace is steady and accessible, offering space to explore balance between effort and ease. Lighting and atmosphere are kept soft and warm, creating a cozy barn setting that encourages relaxation and focus. After class, enjoy herbal-infused water or warm tea in the quiet of the barn. 🕯️ Class Details Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM Cost: $15 per class Location: The Garden at Pinehurst Farm 50 Pinehurst Road, Bristol, CT Pre-registration is highly recommended.
