Can I get a refund or exchange?

Accepted Answer

No refunds or exchanges. If you end up with a change in plans or something unexpected coming up, we will gladly donate your tickets to someone who cannot afford to be in attendance. You may also gift your tickets to any friends, relatives or neighbors.

What age does a child need a ticket?

Accepted Answer

All patrons, ages 3 and older, need a ticket. Two and under must sit in the lap of an accompanying adult. Childcare will not be provided at the event.

What time do doors open?

Accepted Answer

Early Entry Doors Approx. 6:00pm; General Admission Doors Approx. 6:15pm

Question 4

What is the seating like? What does General Admission mean?

Accepted Answer

All seats in venue are first-come, first-served seating (not a reserved seat, nor reserved section). No saving seats at any time at the venue. It is not guaranteed that attendee’s entire party will be seated together.

What items are allowed/not allowed?

Accepted Answer

Still cameras are allowed. No professional cameras or lenses. No video equipment or outside food or drink allowed.
