Dallas Cooking School New Orleans Classes

<h3>Age Restrictions</h3><p>For ages 18 &amp; up</p>

<h3>Description</h3><p>Invest a little time in learning to make these classics from New Orleans. You&#39;ll create a roux, the foundation of every gumbo, and then build the flavors by adding traditional ingredients; sauté and season greens; and produce yeasted Creole rice fritters for dessert. </p><p>For ages 18 &amp; up. 21 or older? You&#39;ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal. </p>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
