Is there an age restriction?

In the state of WA, you must be at least 18 to purchase a home. The event is geared toward adults, but children are allowed.

Do I need to do anything to prepare?

Nope! A desire to buy a house someday and a love of puppies are all you need!

What can I expect to learn?

Elaine will cover the types of loans, loan application process, and what it means to be "pre-approved." Rachel will cover home shopping, inspections, and the timeline leading to closing day.

WHY NOT PUPPIES?! We love Resilient Hearts and believe strongly in their mission. It's an organization we are happy to support, and puppies help to ease the tension. We know buying a home can be scary, but adorable snuggles make it feel so much better!
