For the 3rd year News Service of Florida is recognizing 40 individuals under 40 years old who are rising stars in government, advocacy, media, business, lobbying and more. On February 17th we will publish a special digital section that will highlight each of the 40 honorees. We will honor our Rising Stars at a reception on Thursday, February 19th where the NSFL team, leaders in government, advocacy and media in Florida, will celebrate this year’s honorees with a celebration featuring special guests, speakers, and individual recognition of our 40 winners who will all be profiled in this special issue.Refund Policy<ul><li>All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent via email to events@cityandstatepa.com before the event date.</li><li>Cancellations received in writing 14 days or more before the event date are entitled to a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee per canceled ticket. All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.</li><li>Cancellations received in writing less than 14 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.</li><li>Substitutions (i.e. ticket transfers) are allowed by individuals within the same organization, before the event or onsite. Badge swapping/sharing is strictly prohibited.</li><li>Refunds are not eligible for registrants who do not attend the event (“no show”) and do not provide a written cancellation in advance of the event date.</li><li>If an event is canceled or postponed, refunds will offered for the entire purchase</li></ul>
