Overview

A one-day immersive leadership experience for values-driven leaders navigating change.

If you’re feeling the strain of holding it all together—harmonizing people, purpose, and pressure while the ground keeps shifting—you’re not alone. Many leaders are being asked to provide clarity, stability, and collaboration without a clear path forward. This experience is designed for leaders of co-ops, B Corps, nonprofits, foundations, and socially responsible businesses facing complexity, change, and competing demands that cannot be solved through expertise alone.

Designed and facilitated by Laura King and Jonah Fertig-Burd, experienced leadership practitioners working at the intersection of organizational change, collaboration, and regenerative practices. This all-day collaborative experience helps leaders develop adaptability, relational awareness, and communication skills needed to navigate uncertainty while keeping people connected and moving ahead together.

Set in the emergent spring forest with space to slow down, reflect deeply, and reimagine and reengage as leaders in uncertain times. Together, we’ll articulate visions of success, practice skills to build collaborative culture, and strengthen our capacity to create nimble organizations.

By engaging in creative earth-based rituals, meaningful dialogue, and leadership circles, we will deepen our capacity to lead with authenticity and effective collaboration for our shared future.

This experience is for you if you are:

• Navigating rapid change or ongoing uncertainty

• Holding responsibility across teams, boards, or organizations

• Expected to lead collaboratively without clear answers

• Seeking space to reflect and lead more intentionally

Participants leave with:

• Tools to make decisions and set direction when there is no perfect answer

• Practices for building trust and alignment across teams

• Language and frameworks for communicating with clarity and care

• A renewed sense of confidence and connection to purpose

• Peer relationships that continue beyond the day

Space is intentionally limited to preserve depth, connection, and dialogue. If you’re ready to lead with clarity, courage, and collaboration in uncertain times, we invite you to join us in the forest this spring.
