Is this a dance studio?

Yes! The workshop takes place in a bright, supportive aerial/pole studio, with mats for restorative yoga. The space is calm, safe, and fully prepared for your Reiki experience.

Is this a dance class?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a restorative yoga and Reiki immersion. While we meet in a dance studio, there is no choreography or athletic training—just gentle movement, guided breath, and energy work to support your body, mind, and chakras.

Question 3

Will we have access to the pole?

Accepted Answer

If you like, you’re welcome to use the poles as support for stretches, as yoga props, or to explore your own movement—each participant will have access to their own pole.

How many people are participating?

We’ll know the final attendance 48 hours before the event. The gathering is intentionally curated and intimate, with no more than 10 participants. If the event must be canceled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.

Question 5

Do I need prior yoga or Reiki experience?

Accepted Answer

None whatsoever. Yoga is for everybody. I can modify poses to meet your accessibility. Some props are provided. You may also bring your own. As far as workouts go, this flow has no cardio. It's restorative, meaning long and slow holds of deep stretches. Long, deep breaths release tension.

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable clothes, yoga pants, or shorts. Have a light jacket for warmth. You're welcome to bring bolsters or blankets (I highly recommend it). I will have mats but if you want to bring your own mat, please feel free. Remember to grab a water bottle.

Question 7

What should I leave at home?

Accepted Answer

This is a space for you to relax and focus inward. Bring only what supports your comfort and presence—clothing, a water bottle, journal, and any personal props you’d like. Leave heavy bags, recording equipment, or anything that might pull your attention away from your practice.

Question 8

Can I film in class?

Accepted Answer

Short answer: no. To protect everyone’s experience, personal filming during class isn’t allowed. Occasionally, we may capture photos or video of the environment (as noted in the waiver). If you’d like images or clips for your social media or teaching bio, we’ll email them to you, faces not included.

Can I read the waiver?

Is this refundable?

No, your purchase is final, and non-refundable. However, if the event must be rescheduled or canceled for any reason, you will receive a full refund.

How long is the workshop?

Accepted Answer

The workshop is 2 hours long. Doors open 10 minutes early. The first hour contains pranayama, meditation, and restorative Yin yoga. Following a short break with refreshments is the Reiki attunement ceremony. After receiving Reiki, we have a share and practice on one another in real time.

Will props be available?

Mats are available on-site. Please bring your own water, blocks, bolsters, or blankets. Complementary yoga straps provided to take home as a thank you gift.
