<h3>Description</h3><p>Make a date to spend a little time in our kitchen. You will work with a small team to create this flavorful meal that is inspired by French country cooking. You&#39;ll produce a simple salad with a surprisingly complex flavor profile; melt-in-your-mouth short ribs with a modern take on a traditional sauce from Provence; a cheesy layered potato dish that will become one of your favorites; and a classic, seasonal dessert.</p><p>For ages 18 &amp; up. 21 or older? You&#39;ll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal at the end of class.</p>
