<h3>Description</h3><p>Immerse yourself in a world of mushrooms. You&#39;ll learn a little about each type and discover other ways to make the most of these unique flavors as you create these hearty, aromatic, and tasty recipes. Working with our instructors in a small team, you&#39;ll pick up tips on the best method to sauté mushrooms; discover how to make mushrooms the main course when you are planning a meatless meal; create a rich and satisfying soup; and fry mushrooms to create a fantastic, and filling, sandwich. </p><p>For ages 18 &amp; up. 21 or older? You&#39;ll enjoy a glass of wine that complements the dishes that you have created.</p>
