Description

In the Italian tradition, you'll practice simple techniques and work with the freshest ingredients to produce a flavorful meal. With the assistance of our instructors, you'll work with a small team and then sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts.

For ages 18 & up. Are you 21 or over? You'll enjoy a glass of wine from the region that has been perfectly paired with the meal.

• Bistecca alla Fiorenina (Tuscan-style T-bone Steak) 

• Spinach with Lemon & Olive Oil

• Bay Leaf Potatoes 

• Zuccotto (Tuscan Dome Cake)

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
