Come join us for one of our relaxing and rejuvenating yoga sessions in the Autumn Lake Winery Yoga series! Take a break from your busy week and unwind in the serene surroundings of the winery. You will be gently guided through a series of poses designed to improve help you feel grounded and calm. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this all levels flow will do wonders for your mind and body. Added bonus...a free glass of Autumn Lake Wine is included in your ticket purchase! Don't forget to bring your own mat and water bottle. Namaste!
