Network Navigators: Building Relationships That Compound
Group Mentoring Workshop on Leadership Development and Networking
This 5-part workshop series turns networking from an awkward obligation into a repeatable, human system for long-term opportunity.
Across five 45-minute sessions, participants move from why they network, to how they show up, what they say, and how relationships are sustained over time. Each session installs one concrete behaviour that participants apply immediately between sessions.
The focus is not volume, visibility, or self-promotion, but clarity, generosity, and consistency.
The series addresses common barriers such as rejection, status differences, cultural friction, and follow-up fatigue. Rather than teaching tactics, it builds durable habits that make networking feel natural, credible, and sustainable — across roles, industries, and seniority levels.
By the end of the series, networking no longer feels forced, opportunistic, or effortful.
Key Takeaways/Benefits
Participants will:
- Clarify their intent and value in any networking context
- Start conversations with ease and credibility
- Communicate who they are and what they do without pitching
- Build trust through listening and relevance
- Turn single conversations into long-term professional relationships
- Leave with a simple, low-maintenance system to stay meaningfully in touch
Target Audience
Emerging leaders, professionals, founders, social impact practitioners, mentors, mentees, and changemakers who believe leadership is relational — and that the right connections, approached with generosity and intention, can accelerate both personal growth and collective good.
Dates
June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 at 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM PST
