During retirement, many of us seek greater meaning in health, work, relationships, community, learning, creativity, or spirituality, yet the path forward often feels uncertain. This workshop series offers an opportunity to reflect on what matters most and intentionally shape your next chapter.Drawing on behavioral science research, we will explore meaning, purpose, resilience, mindset, and habits, and apply these ideas to your life. Through guided reflection, creative exercises, and peer collaboration, you will gain new perspectives, clarify what gives your life meaning in retirement, and define achievable goals. He launched his own career pivot by being a Fellow at the Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow. He founded Jaspersoft (acquired by TIBCO) and was senior vice president at Agile Software (acquired by Oracle) and CEO at Trade Inc (acquired by PIERS). He started his career at Hewlett Packard in the Bay Area and Germany.
