This engaging class explores wines from two of Italy’s most diverse ends of the spectrum—the north, where cooler climates and alpine influence bring freshness, precision, and vibrant acidity, and the south, where sun-drenched vineyards produce wines with ripe fruit, warmth, and bold character.
