Please Read Important Information Before You Register1. Each youth must attend the conference with an adult, and adults must stay at the conference for the entirety of the event. All youth and adult advisors must register in advance for the conference.<ul><li>Advisors are responsible for the transportation, safety and supervision of youth during the conference. We ask that advisors maintain no more than a 1:5 adult to youth ratio.</li></ul>2. Advisors will complete registration and payment by credit card or check.<ul><li>Youth names, email addresses and parental/guardian contact information are needed at time of registration.</li><li>A <a href="https://wkf.ms/4rATcJo" title="https://forms.monday.com/forms/964ec35dc2e7db727544463f866484fe?r=use1" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Youth and Parental Consent and Media Release Form</a> MUST be completed for all youth attendees at time of registration.</li><li>Youth must have a completed consent and media form prior to the day of the conference. Paper forms are available upon request. Each advisor and youth participant will individually complete Conference Information form.</li></ul>3. The conference fee is $30 per youth (24 years and under) and $40 per adult. This includes all conference activities, lunch and snacks throughout the day.<ul><li>Limited scholarships available for students. Please contact Deborah Lake (Deborah@gppct.org) for a scholarship application.</li><li>Continuing Education Units (CEUs) will be available through the Connecticut Certification Board. </li><li>Earlybird Prize: The first 100 youth registrants will be entered into a raffle for a special prize!</li></ul><ul><li>Payments can be made via debit card, credit card or organizational check. The conference fee is $30 per youth (aged 24 years and under) and $40 per adult. This includes all conference activities, lunch and snacks throughout the day. You have the power to make a positive impact in preventing substance misuse in your community!</li><li>Inspire Action: Get inspired and motivated to take an active role in substance misuse prevention and become an advocate for a healthier community.</li><li>Build Connections: Meet new friends and mentors in the prevention field. Collaborate, share ideas, and learn from each other!</li><li>Gain Knowledge: Participate in engaging workshops that will provide you with the knowledge, skills, and resources to make a difference in substance misuse prevention.</li><li>Amplify your voice: Everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued!</li></ul>

Refund Policy<blockquote>Refunds must be requested at least 7 days before the event.</blockquote><blockquote>If an event is rescheduled, registrations are automatically transferred to the new date.</blockquote><blockquote>If you can’t attend the new date, you may request a refund up to 7 days prior.</blockquote><blockquote>If an event is canceled or postponed a second time, refunds are issued automatically.</blockquote><blockquote>No-shows are not eligible for refunds.</blockquote>
