Can anyone do breathwork?

Please ask a doctor before engaging in breathwork especially if you have any of the following: epilepsy, detached retina, glaucoma, osteoporosis, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, strokes/seizures, family history of aneurysm, pregnancy, asthma.

What is manifestation?

Manifestation is simply a stage of creation. You can think of it as formulating a dream or want. The specific techniques for this practice will be taught during the session and are easy to apply in your day to day life.

The event will take place at The Electric Lodge, there is a parking lot attached to the building as well as amply street parking on the surrounding streets.
