Connect with an Adoption Connection staff member and get introduced to the process of open adoption and the services of our fully licensed adoption agency.

Registration is $20 per person and pre-registration is required. We will be using ZOOM as our virtual platform. The link will be emailed to you 30 minutes before the meeting.

If you are ready to learn more about the private open adoption process this orientation is for you! Participants will learn about: the infant open adoption process, costs and considerations, legal requirements, in-state versus out-of-state adoption, how birth families and adoptive families connect, and how Adoption Connection can help you structure the kind of adoption that is right for you and your family.

Orientation Topics:

What is a homestudy? Do I qualify? How much will an open adoption cost? Will I get information about biological history? What does open adoption mean after an adoption takes place? How do I make a decision about what type of adoption to move forward with? What is the difference between an attorney, adoption center, agency and facilitator?
