Accepted Answer

No. This seminar is completely free of charge, and attending a seminar may entitle you to a free attorney consultation as well.

Do you have additional information about Wills, Trusts, and Probate beyond what's in the seminar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have attorney consultations available and a newsletter, which all attendees will be given a free subscription to (cancellable at any time.)

Can I bring someone with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but please reserve a seat for them, because seating is limited. If there are no seats left, please call our office. We might be able to squeeze you in, depending on the venue. (865) 233-3353

How much does the law firm charge for a Will or a Trust plan?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the client's needs, goals, concerns, assets, and family situation. However, a range of fees will be shared at the seminar so attendees can determine if this type of estate planning work is within their budgets.

Question 5

Does the law firm do estate planning work on an hourly basis or a fixed fee basis?

Accepted Answer

Most estate planning work is done on a fixed fee basis and most probate work is done on a hybrid fixed fee/hourly basis. It depends on the case.
