Each course will be thoughtfully paired with Barnard Griffin wines, carefully selected to complement and elevate every bite. First Course
tiger shrimp aguachile with chili and lime

Second Course
chilled sweet corn soup layered with esquites and cotija

Third Course
jicama salad; pineapple, cucumber, orange, little gem lettuce, onion, lime, jalapeno

Fourth Course
mole-braised short ribs, accompanied by creamy pinto beans, charred tomatoes, a rich consomé, and warm, freshly pressed tortillas de maíz

Fifth Course
chocolate tres leches cake with a salted caramel drizzle
