Links of Hope: Parents & Caregivers of Individuals with Disabilities

As a child approaches age 18, families may face important legal changes that can affect who is able to make medical, financial, and other decisions on their loved one’s behalf. This workshop provides practical, easy-to-understand information about guardianship, conservatorship, and other available options to help families plan ahead.

Participants will gain a better understanding of their options, the legal process, and how to prepare for this important transition, while connecting with information and resources that can help them feel more confident moving forward.
