The Munch and Learn Mental Wellness & Healthcare Resource Fair is a free, family-friendly community event designed to increase access to mental health and healthcare resources in a welcoming, supportive environment. Hosted by Integral Community Services, this event is focused on connecting individuals and families with essential services and practical information that supports overall well-being.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about counseling services, case management, Medicaid and healthcare access, youth and family programs, veteran services, and other supportive resources available in the community. The goal is to reduce barriers to care by creating a space where information is accessible, conversations are encouraged, and support feels approachable.

The event includes complimentary breakfast and lunch (While Supplies Last), allowing families to gather, engage, and learn in a relaxed setting. By combining education, nourishment, and connection, Munch and Learn promotes whole-person wellness and empowers community members to prioritize their mental health and overall well-being.
