The Estate was founded in 1904 by Espy Watts Brawley, a banker, cotton farmer, and owner of Dixie Mills. The estate is located about 7 minutes from I77 off Exit 36. Our private, gated venue is in the heart of Mooresville, North Carolina, minutes from Lake Norman and sits on 22 beautiful acres.The Brawley Estate features multiple outdoor ceremony sites and a reception pavilion that can host over 250 guests for social, corporate or non profit events.  The Estate's main house is fully restored and is  listed on the national registry.

Join us for our annual Mother's Day Brunch at The Brawley Estate in Mooresville, North Carolina.

We welcome you to a culinary experience this upcoming Mother's Day on Sunday, May 10th. This event is for our first seating of the day, which will begin at 10:30 AM and conclude at 12:30 PM.Enjoy a variety of flavors with us at The Brawley Estate in Mooresville, hosted by La-Tea-Da's Catering. Adult seating is available for $65 per person, and children under the age of 10 are welcome to join us for $35 per child.
