This session is designed to calm the monkey mind through intentional breathwork, supported by grounding yoga mats that help your body feel safe enough to slow down.

Because clarity doesn’t come from forcing.
It comes from regulation.

No pressure.
No performing.
No pushing.

Just breath.
Just grounding.
Just space to land.

Breathwork does the work.
The grounding mats create the stable foundation your nervous system needs to actually receive it.

When the body feels grounded, the mind follows.

How the session flows

We begin with guided breathwork to regulate your nervous system and release stored tension.

You’ll be practicing on grounding yoga mats designed to help stabilize your energy and reduce excess stimulation, creating a deeper sense of safety in the body.

From there, we transition into a grounded meditation to help your system settle and integrate.

We close with a crystal singing bowl sound bath, allowing you to soften fully and let the mind quiet itself, leaving calm, clear, and restored.

This is not a typical class.

This is space to step out of the noise.

How to Prepare

🧘 Dress comfortably, loose, breathable clothing
😴 Eye mask, helps reduce stimulation and deepen the experience
💧 Water bottle, hydration matters before and after
🍽 Avoid heavy meals, try not to eat 2–3 hours before
🍇🫖 Light snacks and tea will be served after

🧘‍♂️ Grounding yoga mats will be provided for the session — no need to bring your own
