This event is for people age 18 and over who are experiencing any form of grief.

What type of loss do you support?

At Gloves for Grief, we recognize grief is a personal experience and can take many forms. Whether it is the loss of a loved one, death of a child, end of a marriage or relationship, loss of a job or home, estrangement from a loved one, anticipatory grief, or any other form of grief, you are welcome.

Do I have to box or know how to?

Accepted Answer

No you don't need to participate in the boxing portion, but you most likely will want to! No experience is necessary. Nike Trainer Ashley Guarrasi will provide expert guidance to create a safe and welcoming boxing experience.

Question 4

What do I need to bring?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself and a small hand towel! We will provide boxing gloves, floor mats, and water.

Question 5

What do I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear something comfortable that you can move in, sit and lay in, and sweat in.
