Join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation! Take a break from your busy schedule and indulge in self-care activities. Scheduled Activities

11:00 AM-Noon

• Line Dancing-- Put on your dancing shoes! This engaging and energetic workshop will help participants learn basic steps, combinations, and at least one complete beginner-friendly line dance.
• Yoga and Creative Dramatics -- Relax and discover ways to build awareness of self, others, and the world while enhancing focus, concentration, and storytelling, through a combination of yoga and creative dramatics.

Noon-1:00PM

• Lunch provided by the Chamber

1:00-2:00PM

• Upcycling -- Embark on a creative journey to explore the significance of upcycling while honing their painting/collaging skills through various techniques. This workshop uniquely integrates the use of upcycled items, allowing participants to create art with a sustainable and eco-friendly approach.
• Relief Print -- Participants will create a relief print that makes an individual statement: using their own pencils and ball-point pens, they will emboss on a Styrofoam sheet an original image and a personal quote, and print it on paper using ink and brayer.

Parking is available in the lot behind the church (enter from Prospect Ave). The address for the parking lot is 2333 Prospect Ave., Cleveland, 44115. The facility is also handicap accessible.
