The Wednesday Webinar Series began as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic, and has blossomed into a series that impacts peers worldwide.  Each Wednesday, Consumer Connections presents a webinar that supports the values and principles of peer support.

WRAP doesn’t have to live in a workbook.This interactive webinar explores how to use the WRAP App as a digital foundation for Wellness Recovery Action Planning, followed by advanced strategies for integrating technology in ways that support recovery without compromising WRAP’s core values.Participants will be guided through a walkthrough of the WRAP App — including Daily Maintenance, Triggers, Early Warning Signs, When Things Are Breaking Down, and Crisis Planning — and then introduced to thoughtful, recovery-aligned ways to expand WRAP using digital tools. Topics include pattern recognition, gentle reminders, digital boundaries, trauma-informed design, and ethical considerations around technology use.
