Are all seats reserved?

Yes, all seats are sold as reserved seating. The Tinora Performing Arts Center boasts 771 individual, comfortable seats and 8 wheelchair accessible seating areas, which are marked in blue on the auditorium map. Please allow for seats around the wheelchair spaces for family members.

Can I pay on site with cash?  When?

Yes. Cash is accepted for ticket purchases at the box office 1 hour before performances.  Online presales and cash payments will incur additional Eventbrite fees. Tickets sold on the day of performances are first-come, first-served.

Question 3

Are the tickets refundable?

Accepted Answer

Yes, tickets will be refunded back to the original form of payment if processed 7 days prior to the performance date. (e.g. a Saturday ticket will only be refunded up until the Saturday a week prior to the performance).  Service fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Are Eventbrite ticket fees refundable?

The Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable with two exceptions: in the event an event is canceled or when the buyer was charged multiple times in error and requests a refund within 7 days.

Are Concessions sold?

Accepted Answer

Food and beverages are not allowed inside of the theater therefore, will not be selling concessions at this event. We kindly ask that you do not bring any outside food or beverages into the theater. Water fountains are available in the lobby.

Are there “roll in” spaces available for those patrons in wheelchairs?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the seating in the Tinora Performing Arts Center includes 8 roll-in spaces for wheelchairs to roll into place, and are marked in dark blue on our seat map. The lighter blue seats next to these have no armrests to allow for transfers if desired.

Is handicapped parking available?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! There are reserved handicapped spaces on both the North and South sides of the Performing Arts Center. Please make sure any vehicle using these spaces are clearly marked. The PAC is easily accessed by having driveways close to the entrance doors!
