What's included in the Clamiversary ticket?

A select 50 tickets will be released in honor of our 50th anniversary. Be ONE of only 50 entries into a select raffle for a boat charter & oyster cruise for six ppl and take-home a limited edition 50th anniversary swag bag.

The event is sold out. How do I get on the waitlist?

Email us directly! Although we aren't able to fill all waitlist requests, we do see some movement close to the event if ticket holders can no longer attend. Email - nina@mvshellfishgroup.org

Question 3

The event is sold out. Will there be tickets at the door?

Accepted Answer

Not likely. Tickets sell quickly and we are limited by venue size and fire capacity. We do have a waitlist. Please be respectful of our staff and volunteers if you are unable to get tickets.

Question 4

How do I give tickets away to friends or family?

Accepted Answer

If you bought multiple tickets, they will all be in your name. At the door, patrons must check in by ticket purchaser's name. If you will NOT be attending with your guests, please email us ahead of time, so we can update the door-list. (Patrons who are not on the list, may not be admitted.)

If I can't go to the event, can I get a refund?

Yes, we will offer refunds (less eventbrite fees) up until one day before the event. These are processed through eventbrite. There will be a link in your confirmation email. If you cannot go, please contact us. It helps with the waitlist.

Will there be drinks at the event?

Accepted Answer

We do have a beer and wine event permit to serve guests aged 21+. Two drink tickets come with admission and can be used for alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages.

Will there be food at the event?

There will be light snacks available, including a raw bar and chowder, as well as cheese, crackers, fruit and crudité. Dinner is not available.

Can kids come to the event?

We welcome kids to the event! Since it is a fundraiser, all ticket prices will cost the same amount, regardless of age.

How does the auction work?

We run an in-person silent auction. Bids will be accepted between 5 pm and 7:30 pm. Around 8 pm, bidders can queue to check-in with auction staff to see if they won. Payment for and pick up of items is preferred at the event. All forms of payment are accepted.

I left early, how do I know if I won a Silent Auction item?

Accepted Answer

For remaining items, staff will contact winners beginning on the Monday following the event. We use the bid sheets to reach out via email or phone, so please write legibly. If we cannot read your name, the item will go to the next highest bidder.

What forms of payment are accepted for merchandise and auction at the event?

Cash, check, credit cards, Paypal, or Venmo.
