The program is provided at no cost and is not profit-driven.<h3>Who Should Attend?</h3><ul><li>Women ages 40 and older</li><li>Women managing chronic health conditions</li><li>Anyone interested in moving better and feeling stronger</li></ul><h3>What to Expect</h3>This is an informational and welcoming conversation — no pressure, no workouts required.
