We’re excited to invite you to the first wine dinner under the WineNot Experiences brand, curated by Svetlana Yanushkevich, founder of WineNot Experiences, professional sommelier, and wine educator. For this special kickoff event, Svetlana is delighted to reconnect with Chef Todd, whom many guests may remember from past WineNot dinners at the Crowne Plaza.


Today, Todd serves as Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at Murphy’s Taproom & Carriage House in Bedford, NH. While his current restaurant menu focuses on approachable, casual dining, what Svetlana has always loved about his cooking is his willingness to experiment—playing with ingredients and flavors to create dishes that are creative and exciting. This wine dinner offers a unique opportunity for Chef Todd to step beyond the everyday menu and craft something more expressive and wine-focused.


The evening will also feature special guest Gustavo Moral, founder of The Imported Grape Wine Company. Svetlana has worked with Gustavo for over 15 years, and his portfolio showcases some of the most compelling wines from South America—regions celebrated for their depth, character, and exceptional quality.
