Where does the class take place?

All sessions will take place at our 3-acre farm in Ellenwood, GA, just 5 minutes from Village Park. The exact address will be emailed to registered families 2 days before your the first day of your selected session.

Who can participate?

This program is for youth ages 8-15. Please note: participants age 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who remains on-site during the session.
Please note: A minimum of 4 registered students is required for each session to run. Registered families will be notified with changes.

Question 3

What safety rules should we follow?

Because we’re learning on a working farm, safety is essential. Every participant and accompanying adult will be guided through farm etiquette and must follow these rules:
Stay with the farmer at all times.
Children must be supervised.
Follow directions.
Respect yourself, others, and the environment.

Question 4

What should my child bring?

Please pack the following:
Reusable water bottle
Nutritious snack (if needed)
Small notebook and pencil

Question 5

What should my child wear?

Accepted Answer

Dress for the weather—we’ll be outdoors the entire time! Recommended items include:
Closed-toe shoes or boots (expect to get dirty!)
Layers for warmth or cooling
Hat for sun protection
Garden gloves (optional but helpful)
We do not spray for mosquitos. Please apply bug spray at home before arrival.

What if my child is sick?

If your child has had any of the following symptoms within 36 hours of the class, please stay home:
Cough
Sneezing or runny nose
Fever (99°F or higher)
Vomiting or nausea
Sore throat
Fatigue or body aches
Please rest and heal! We'll do our best to offer a make-up class though no guarantees.

Question 7

What about bad weather?

We’ll meet in most weather—sun, rain, or wind! However, in the event of severe conditions (e.g., hurricane, tornado, or high winds), class will be canceled and a make-up date will be offered. If you’re unable to attend the rescheduled session, that class will be forfeited.

Question 8

When should we arrive and where do we park?

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your session. We'll be setting up and preparing the space before that time. Parking details and signage will be provided upon arrival, and a host will greet you.

Question 9

Do we need to submit any forms?

Accepted Answer

A completed Liability Waiver is required 2 days before the first day of your session. A link to the form is provided by email. If you did not receive it, please contact us and we’ll resend it.

Question 10

What is your Refund/Cancellation Policy?

Accepted Answer

We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days before the first day of your scheduled program. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the start date, we will do our best to reschedule you based upon availability.
