Technology decisions are increasingly trust decisions, for customers, employees, and the broader systems we’re shaping.

Tuckpoint is convening a small group of VP/Director-level product and technology leaders for a morning, facilitated working session led by Maura Charles, a trained Ethical Tech Project facilitator. This is not a conference or an industry networking event. It’s a confidential, practical environment to dig into real world scenarios, learn from peers, and leave with tools you can apply immediately.

What you’ll leave with

• A strategic blueprint for managing AI risk — including a practical governance checklist you can put to work immediately
• Your own Executive Code of Ethics, built and tested against real decisions during the session
• A clear framework for proactive governance, grounded in the systemic factors that lead to ethical blind spots
• Peer insights gained through facilitated, hands-on work with leaders facing similar constraints
• New relationships built through doing the work together (not exchanging business cards)

• Facilitated discussion + hands-on work
• Intentionally small and curated (~40 people)
• Senior-only room for peer-level candor
• We’ll use guided prompts and structured activities to move beyond theory into the real decisions you’re making right now.

Your ticket covers breakfast, space, and materials. Any proceeds above direct event costs will be donated to the Ethical Tech Project to support their mission.

About the Facilitator

Maura Charles — Product leader, executive producer, and GM with Fortune 500 experience across companies, including Time Inc., Bloomingdale's, and NBC. For the past six years, she has consulted with enterprises on governance, AI deployment, and organizational design. She is a trained Ethical Tech Project facilitator and Tuckpoint consultant.
