Will lunch be provided?

Accepted Answer

You will be making your own lunch from the recipes provided during the hands-on culinary portion. You will be working in groups to create a set of recipes. Please choose appropriate clothing and footwear. Aprons, hairnets and gloves will be provided.

Question 4

I am new to school foodservice, should I come?

Accepted Answer

All are welcome however, this is a higher-level learning experience that assumes you have a base knowledge of the SBP and NSLP meal pattern.
