First Responder Equine Retreat - Full Day

This event includes a walk through the forest, mindfulness and yoga experiences, unwinding with the horses, and 1:1 time with a clinician.

Day of Equine and Relaxation

Take a break in nature with horses for a stress-free day, learning and interacting with the horses, practicing yoga and mindfulness techniques, and allowing for each participants to have 1 on 1 time with a clinician (Dr. T).

• Grooming, leading, liberty work in the rings, games/obstacles, and hands-on learning with the horses.
• Hike through Nehantic State Forest with an equine partner.
• Personal stress-free yoga and minfulness.
• 1:1 Time with a clinician.
• Wrap-up with some peaceful pond time.
• Lunch, snacks, and water provided.
