Join The Tequila Collective for an intimate single barrel selection event featuring Tierra de Ensueño Tequila, with special guests Grover and Scarlett Sanschagrin of Agave Matchmaker.

This release marks a first-of-its-kind Añejo, aged in an ex–cherry bitters barrel. The result is genuinely rare and experimental, yet grounded in traditional tequila production.

Guests will enjoy a guided tasting experience featuring Tierra de Ensueño Blanco, Reposado, and the Tequila Collective’s single barrel Añejo, alongside food and a custom Tierra de Ensueño cocktail crafted for the evening. The tasting will explore how production choices, aging, and barrels influence aroma, flavor, and texture.

In addition to the tasting, Grover and Scarlett will share an update on the tequila industry, including what they’ve been working on recently, trends they’re seeing firsthand, and how transparency, production practices, and consumer awareness continue to evolve.
