You can buy a bottle before you leave! Maureen will be there to help you get whichever wine you tried and fell in love with at the event. She will also have information on the winery, wine recommendations and behind the scenes information on wine production.

What if I have a food allergy?

We are honored to partner with Head Winemaker, Maureen Macdonald from Hawk Ridge Winery in Watertown, Connecticut for an unforgettable evening. Get ready to indulge in a carefully selected variety of delicious locally crafted wines expertly paired with 4 mouth-watering dishes in a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Whether you're a wine connoisseur, or a food lover, there's something for everyone at this event. Grab your friends and family for a memorable experience filled with laughter, good company, and amazing flavors.

Course 1: Prosciutto wrapped melon with burrata cheese, basil and honey. Paired with Sassy Hawk, a white Seyval Blanc - Dry - Tart Granny Smith apple, lime zest, and white grapefruit with light notes of oak on the finish.

Course 2: Seared duck breast with cranberry risotto and a white chocolate glaze. Paired with All Day Rose, a Barbera - Dry - Strawberry rhubarb aroma with touches of cranberry and raspberry.

Course 3: Beef short rib marinated in Red Ridge Reserve and served with house made mashed potatoes and heirloom carrots. Paired with Red Ridge Reserve, a Cabernet Sauvignon - Dry - Ripe cherry with a pronounced cocoa and coffee finish.

Course 4: House made coffee cake. Paired with Shake Your Tailfeather White, a Cayuga - Semi-Sweet - A best seller for the vineyard with notes of Bosc pears, apple blossom, and hints of citrus on the finish.
