Invitation and Introduction
Angel's Envy Brand Ambassador, Phil Perkins, will welcome you and talk through the itinerary for the evening and invite you to his finishing and tinctures bar. Our local cigar roller will introduce himself and explain the steps he takes to roll some of the finest cigars on the east coast. We will move into the first passed cocktails of the night: Old Fashioneds, Manhattans, and Paper Planes. While you sip on these, we will pass around Filet Mignon Crostini, Seared Lamb Pops, and Tuna Tartare Pastries. During this, our caviar girls will come around and give everyone their first "bump" of the night.

First Course is Set
Watch our waitstaff prepare a table-side Caesar Salad from scratch for you and your guests. We will take a short break and our host, Phil, will move into a brief history of Angel's Envy while the first course is served.
