OVERVIEWJoin Us for Habilitative Systems, Inc.’s Black History Month Celebration!On February 27, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, we proudly invite you to a powerful and uplifting celebration honoring the legacy, brilliance, and resilience of Black history and culture.This year’s theme — “Our Culture, Our History – Unapologetically Black: We Can’t Be Canceled” — is a bold affirmation of identity and an homage to the generations who have shaped our story with strength, creativity, and unshakeable pride.Come share in a day filled with inspiration, community, cultural expression, joy, great vendors, and delicious food as we celebrate the richness of our heritage and the promise of our future.We look forward to celebrating with you!<h4>VENDORS</h4> For information on vendor participation see application below:

<h3>Vendor Application</h3><ol><li>HSI will provide one table and two chairs for each vendor, at a cost of $40.00. The cost is the same for any additional tables.</li><li>The application must be completed and submitted with the registration fee no later than February 20, 2026; this is a first come, first serve basis.
