Spring Renewal Sound Bath

Shedding the heaviness of winter to invite in the spring equinox.

The spring equinox is on the horizon, inviting us to renew our energy. Bringing in new life as the land begins to awaken and grow. Allowing us to leave the darkness of winter behind. With each season change there is a shift and an opportunity for growth.

Sound baths have the ability to transform energy, releasing stagnant emotions and opening up space to bring in new vitality. Relaxing the nervous system, reducing cortisol and lowering brainwaves to bring one into altered states for self-healing. For this event there will be a mini meditation to connect with the essence of spring then flowing into sequences meant to take the body and mind on a sonic adventure using Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, drums, gongs, chimes and rain sticks.

Park in the gravel lot by the gate. The venue is past the gate and down the driveway to the left. There are no props available, bring a yoga mat, eye cover, pillow, blanket and anything else needed for maximum comfort. Doors open at 6:40, arrive early to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:10 so it is important to come early.
