It's a community practice of free-form humming and vocalizing together to cultivate calm from the inside out. Similar to a sound bath, we give and receive vibrational support to settle into deep relaxation and amplify our intentions—no singing or meditation experience needed.

Accepted Answer

It's the practice of humming or vocalizing on sustained open vowel sounds. It calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and helps us connect with the transformative power of our unique voice to amplify our intention. Anyone can tone—no singing experience is needed.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

We sit on the floor for most of the practice, so feel free to bring your favorite cushion, zafu, or anything else that helps you sit comfortably on the ground. Some cushions, chairs, yoga mats, and blankets will also be available.  A water bottle is a great idea, too—your vocal cords will thank you!
