When should I, as a vendor, be there?

Setup will be in the Luckasen room between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.

What will be available day of?

A roughly 10x12-foot space with a 6-foot table will be offered. Power and wi-fi access will be available. The registration fee also goes toward materials for the attendees and advertising for the event.

Will lunch be available?

The Luckasen Room is adjacent the Mayville State dining center, which offers hot meals, soups, salads and sandwiches. We have arranged a discounted meal deal for all exhibitors. The bookstore, which offers snacks and beverages, as well, is down the hall from the Luckasen Room.

Mayville State's Luckasen Room is located within the Campus Center (building No. 14 on this map: https://mayvillestate.edu/about-msu/more-info/campus-map/). Parking is available in Lots E and D, and in the lot that runs parallel to Stan Dakken Drive. No permits are needed.
