Confident Birth Foundations is a supportive evidence-based childbirth class helping expecting parents feel informed, prepared, and confident
Confident Birth Foundations is a supportive, evidence-based childbirth education class designed to help expecting parents feel informed, prepared, and confident as they approach labor and birth.
This interactive class covers the essentials of birth in a way that is clear, calm, and empowering—without overwhelm or fear-based messaging. Participants will gain a better understanding of how labor works, learn practical comfort and coping techniques, and explore tools for making informed decisions alongside their care providers.
This class is welcoming to all families, whether attending solo or with a chosen support person. Space is intentionally limited to encourage discussion, questions, and connection in a relaxed virtual setting.
By the end of class, participants will leave with practical knowledge, increased confidence, and a stronger sense of trust in their ability to navigate birth.
