What Happens During This Journey

This experience follows a gentle, guided progression:

The Softening
You’re guided into your breath and body, softening the jaw, shoulders, and face signaling safety to your nervous system.

The Release Protocol
Through slow, rhythmic breathing, each exhale becomes a release valve allowing stress, tension, and mental noise to begin dissolving.

The Descent
Your body begins to feel heavier and more relaxed as your mind quiets, guiding you into deeper subconscious states of rest and restoration.

The Code of Stillness
You enter a state of inner stillness, connecting to the “observer” within where thoughts slow and reactions soften.

Cellular Integration
A deep sense of calm begins to move through your body, allowing stillness, peace, and safety to be felt on a cellular level.

The Regulated Return
You gently return with a sense of clarity and spaciousness, your system recalibrated and your body more at ease.

• History of aneurysm
• Schizophrenia, psychosis, or unmanaged bipolar disorder
