Welcome to our First Semester, and first of our Agave 101 Series on the Lakeshore!

Our first course is designed as an entry point into the world of Agave Spirits while taking a close examination into the cultivation, production, and distillation of the five major designations of agave spirits. In this first course we will explore the spirit regions of Mexico with tastings, instruction, and pairings. Light Botanas (hors d’oeuvres) will be provided by Sandy Point's Executive Chef, Sunder Pels and class will be instructed by Beverage Director Jake Bargo.

No previous knowledge is necessary to attend, you will leave class with a concise understanding of all topics. This course is curated for Industry Professionals, aficionados, and curious sippers alike.
