A great portrait begins with understanding people, connecting with them, and lighting them in a way that reveals their story. Through engaging guided exercises and live demonstrations, students explore how to connect with their subjects, respond authentically to who they are, and create a cohesive set of 3–5 images that feel intentional, expressive, and alive.
