The Forge Leadership Conference is a leadership summit designed for pastors and ministry leaders who have walked through seasons of burnout, conflict, loss, church disruption, or personal exhaustion—and are now asking a vital question: How do I lead wisely, healthily, and faithfully on the other side?

Centered around the theme “Leading Well After the Storm,” this conference creates space for honest reflection, spiritual renewal, and practical equipping. Speakers will minister as the Lord leads, offering wisdom shaped by experience, faithfulness, and a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face after difficult seasons.

We are honored to welcome Pastor Lonnie Hardy, Lead Pastor of Passion Church in Cameron, Missouri, along with Pastors Jeremy and Janelle Kriegbaum of Mercy Point Church in Watertown, New York, as our guest speakers. Each brings a seasoned, authentic voice marked by perseverance, pastoral insight, and a deep commitment to leading with health and faithfulness after challenging seasons.
