Are you struggling with feelings of unworthiness or a lack of self-love?These challenges might stem from unconscious patterns passed down through your ancestral lineage.In the Family Constellations approach, we understand that we are energetically connected to our ancestors. If key family members, such as parents, experienced feelings of unworthiness or a lack of self-love, we may unknowingly replicate these patterns out of love and loyalty.For instance, you might carry an internalized promise like, “Mom, since you felt unworthy no matter what you did, so will I.”Breaking free from these ancestral entanglements is essential to accessing your innate self-love and worthiness.When you embrace self-love, your life transforms. You don't need to please others in order to feel worthy. You feel more confident, connected, joyful and at peace with who you truly are.In this event, we will explore:<ul><li>Why we unconsciously imitate our ancestors.</li><li>How healing these patterns can bring greater self-love for ourselves and healing for them.</li><li>Practical steps to cultivate self-love in your daily life.</li></ul>The session includes:<ul><li>An in-depth discussion about ancestral patterns and self-love.</li><li>A healing meditation to release entanglements.</li><li>An interactive exercise to heal an entanglement with an ancestor that is keeping you from accesing self-love.</li></ul>The explanation and meditation will be recorded and shared with all registered participants. The exercise will remain private and unrecorded.No prior experience is needed to join.
